The Mandalorian Season 2 (2020)Created by Jon FavreauI know I seem to be making multiple sketches based on this show but I couldn't resist! Watched Episode 4 of Season 2 and it was excellent! Greef Karga in this show / Dillon from "Predator", Carl Weathers directed this episode and we got some dazzling action scenes and some very cute antics from The Child / Baby Yoda. One such is a scene that somewhat reminded me of Baby Groot from "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2" where he is helping Mando patch up his ship the Razor Crest. As always the production values of the show are terrific, and it's one show that makes one want to watch the credits entirely, for the concept art and Ludwig Goransson's music.I ordered a Pentel Graphgear 1000 0.5 mm mechanical pencil recently and some 4B leads for it. I used that to draw this (the wires were done with Prismacolor pencils). Done on A7 Menorah sketchbook. The Mandalorian Season 2 (2020)Created by Jon FavreauAfter a very hectic work week I was able to get some time yesterday, will be busy till December though. Anyway I watched Episode 3 of Season 2 and enjoyed it. The show continues to amaze one with its production value!I drew The Mandalorian Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) from the show, wanted to render his shiny beskar armour with ballpoint pen. This is mostly done with ballpoint pen only, but I couldn't resist correcting some mistakes with Gelly Roll pen. Goldfinger (1964)Directed by Guy HamiltonI had watched a few of the original James Bond movies over the last few days, and re-watched "Goldfinger" which I'd last seen on VHS more than 20 years ago. The movies were entertaining and well made and Sean Connery was certainly stylish in the role of James Bond.I drew Shirley Eaton as Jill, from the scene where she is found dead, covered in gold paint. [@inktober #inktober #inktober2020 Prompt Word "Shoes" #inktober2020shoes]Back to the Future Part II (1989)Directed by Robert ZemeckisFor the Inktober prompt word "Shoes", I thought of the self-lacing Nike shoes from the section in "Back to the Future Part II" where the main characters go to the future of 2015.As a kid, I had the videotape of the movie and watched it many many times! Among the movies in the trilogy, this is the one I've seen most often. It has a pretty darker tone than the other two movies. The "Back to the Future" movies are classics for many reasons, and they are simply brilliant. I drew the shoes with Schneider ballpoint pen and a bit of Bic colour ballpoint pen on A7 size @menorah.in sketchbook.
