DOOM was released on December 10, 1993. The game was influential in setting the template for the First Person Shooter genre. In the early to mid 2000s myself and @varunabhiram have created some fan made levels, the first two slides here are from one of my levels. The others are the starting screens of the first levels of each episode of "Doom", and last picture is the opening screen of "Doom II: Hell on Earth", which was released a year later.#doom #doometernal #karthikabhiram #throwbackthursday

These are the most liked of my posts, from 2020! Swipe to see the posts from my other accounts as well, though, for the last few months I've decided to be active on this one account @karthikabhiram only. Two tea posts, two Baby Yoda posts, one moon picture, one Solar eclipse photo, two Hyderabad related posts and one family post. I think there's a good distribution, isn't it?I'm always grateful to everyone who follows and supports my work. It means a lot to me, thanks very much! You can search for "2020 best nine", you'll be able to find a couple of websites where you can generate these.#karthikabhiram

Watched "Tenet" today! It was awesome! It's almost 9 months I guess, that theatres shut down in Hyderabad, and they've opened only now. I was eager to watch this so booked for today, since on the rest of the week days and Saturday, I'm completely tied up with work. The movie was fantastic, I loved it. I won't lie, there's so much info thrown at you that it's a real task to keep up with the story, I will have to watch it a second time to understand it properly. The trick to enjoy the movie I felt, is not to focus on understanding all the details while watching, but in getting a broad appreciation of the story, which you should be able to.This is one movie for which it's difficult to give spoilers since explaining things itself will take time The story involves a Protagonist (John David Washington) roped in to work with an organisation called Tenet, who have discovered objects inverted in time in our world, and suspect a doomsday plot. There are some absolutely jaw dropping ideas and scenes in the movie, which few filmmakers can pull off. The technical aspects are amazing and really make this worth the theatrical experience more than any other movie.Special mention to the incredible music score by @ludwiggoransson! Though the movie is long it keeps moving very quickly, you are just given enough bits of dialogue and exposition to tell you what's going on. Almost as if Nolan wrote a more fleshed out version of the script and then trimmed bits so that only the essential parts remained. The dialogue sounded kind of unnatural because of this I felt. Still, it's an excellent film and I'm glad I watched it in a theatre.I loved the experience overall. One tip — pinch the mask at the sides of your nose, to avoid your glasses fogging up. Can't do it 100% of the time but it helps.#pixel2xl #teampixel #karthikabhiram #tenet #tenetmovie @tenetfilm
