[#AnInchAugust × #DailyMovieSketch]Pulp Fiction (1994)Directed by Quentin TarantinoToday’s entry for the #AnInchAugust challenge (where the goal is to make art that fits in one square inch) is special, in that there’s a theme. The challenge’s hosts @tiny.sharma10 and @architect_m_ announced that for Sunday, the theme was food. What came to mind immediately was this scene from “Pulp Fiction” (which is one of my all time favourite movies), where we are introduced to the Big Kahuna Burger, which would feature again in Tarantino’s works.Jules (Samuel L Jackson) and Vincent (John Travolta) attempt to retrieve a briefcase from lowlife thugs one morning, and the first part of the scene is centred around this burger, and a conversation with Brett (Frank Whaley).
