Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018)Directed by J A BayonaI watched "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" last night. I've not done a new sketch of it, rather, sharing a photo of the artwork I did with this movie featured. (Wore this shirt to the movie.) This movie is set a few years after the events of "Jurassic World". The park has closed but a new threat looms – an active volcano threatens to wipe out all life on Isla Nublar, and the question is whether to save these animals or not. Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Owen (Chris Pratt) and a few other characters go to the island on a rescue effort but not all is as it seems – and the people who hired them may have ulterior motives. The volcano and rescue part that you see in the trailers is only about half of the movie's plot, which is a good thing. But unfortunately what followed was at times predictable and at times very comic book-ish / cartoonish.The leads did well and the movie is well made, it has nice cinematography and good visual effects, the dinosaur action is well handled. However overall I thought it was an interesting movie at best but not great. Michael Giacchino did the music but again that was very generic and not memorable in my opinion.The movie ends with a setup for another sequel.
