The show is a critically acclaimed one, based on a comic series. I actually watched the early seasons of the show, but have not seen the recent episodes from the past few years. The show involves the events that take place after a zombie apocalypse. I always appreciated the realistic, gritty nature of the show and the excellent acting (I believe this was the first time I got to see actor Jon Bernthal who would later go on to play The Punisher).Andrew Lincoln stars as the lead character Rick Grimes, and his son is Carl. The accent of the character makes it sound like he is saying "Coral" instead, and hence that became a source for memes, which employ an image from an emotional moment on the show, with a dad joke in the caption.So that's what I did for this sketch.
