Seinfeld (1989-1998)Created by Larry David and Jerry SeinfeldI've reached Season 6 of the show and watched the 100th episode special, which recaps moments from the previous episodes. I'm really liking this show, I read that co-creator Larry David instituted a policy which prohibited sentimentality or moral lessons in the show, and that characters must never learn from their wrongdoings. So, the pettiness and the weird quirks that the characters have, remain there and the show is able to extract comedy from this. Also, I think if one is binging the show as I'm doing, it's easier to pick this out — the show would introduce jokes that are repeated or paid off much later. This is one example, where the character Kramer talks about making a coffee table book about coffee tables. The idea is introduced in one episode and is referenced again in multiple subsequent episodes (which would have actually aired weeks or even months later). This is a small sketch done with ballpoint pen on A7 @menorah.stationery sketchbook and this is a scan.#karthikabhiram #dailymoviesketch#ballpointpen #ballpointpenart #ballpointpendrawing#seinfeld #kramer #artistsoninstagram #sketch #netflix #coffee #coffeetable #647 / 14-Mar-22
