[@inktober Day 26: Connect]The Cabin in the Woods (2012)Directed by Drew GoddardFor the @inktober prompt "Connect" I was thinking what to draw, and then the idea came to draw something based on this movie, which makes references (hence the connect) to multiple horror movies and tropes. It begins like a traditional horror movie would, with a group of 5 college students going to a cabin in the woods (the title is a reference to "The Evil Dead"), later on being attacked by zombies, but there are forces manipulating the events happening.It's a very fun and unconventional horror movie, mixing in a good dose of humour and does deliver on the violence and blood too.I drew Jodelle Ferland as Patience Buckner, the girl from the zombie Redneck family menacing our main characters. Jodelle Ferland was also in the movie adaptation of "Silent Hill". The drawing was done with ballpoint pen on A5 notebook.
