This is from the 1989 “Batman” movie directed by Tim Burton, the scene where the Joker organises a parade at Gotham City’s 200th anniversary, with huge balloons and promising to give away money to people. He starts then gassing the crowd with his Smylex gas! Batman then gets rid of the balloons with the Batwing.The drawing was done with @staedtlermars ballpoint pens and Gelly Roll pen.
