I was initially not able to think of any movie that I'd seen with a husky in it. Some days back though, @tiny.sharma10 shared an Inktober horror movie-themed prompt list by @wwowly and @skeletonjones, which had the dog-thing creature from John Carpenter's classic horror film. I didn't draw the creature version though, but the husky itself, from the beginning of the movie, which has a Norwegian helicopter pursuing a dog and attempting to kill it, near an Antarctic base. Unknown to the audience, and the crew of the base, the dog isn't what it seems to be.The dog was played by an animal actor called Jed, a dog-wolf hybrid, and as per the director's commentary, the dog was very well behaved on set and nailed his scenes in very few takes, which impressed Carpenter. So, I drew him.The drawing was done with @staedtlermars ballpoint pens on A6 Brustro sketchbook and scanned.
