Blade II (2002)Directed by Guillermo del ToroA couple of weekends back, I watched both "Blade: Trinity" and "Blade II" on Amazon Prime. It was an interesting experience to watch a pre-Marvel Cinematic Universe-Marvel movie now! The second entry in the "Blade" series has Wesley Snipes as the titular vampire hunter, being contacted by a group of vampires who want him to work with them, to eradicate a new kind of vampire – the Reaper, who is equally as dangerous to vampires as to humans. This movie has Guillermo del Toro's stamp all over it, with an energy, a fast pace, good action scenes and great creature effects, and is probably the best of the "Blade" movies. The cast includes Donnie Yen and Ron Perlman, and you can't really go wrong with that.I drew Luke Goss as Nomak, the leader of the Reapers.
