[#DailyMovieSketch × #Inktober]Andhadhun (2018)Directed by Sriram RaghavanThis is a sketch based on today's #Inktober2018 prompt word "Cruel". There are certain very dark moments in this film, where characters really do cruel things to others.I watched this movie a couple of days back and enjoyed it greatly. It was a very well made movie, constantly throwing twists and turns at the audience. I liked that it was really unpredictable, and had terrific acting. The story concerns Ayushmann Khurrana as Akash, a blind pianist, and a murder. Anything more said would be a spoiler, so I'll just say that this Sriram Raghavan movie is highly recommended. The best performance in the movie comes from Tabu, and seeing that it has @radhikaofficial in it, I guess it should be released on @netflix_in soon!Sriram Raghavan is no stranger to directorial flourishes – there was that long take sequence that went along with the 'Raabta' song in "Agent Vinod", "Badlapur" was a terrific revenge story, and I remember "Ek Hasina Thi" was really dark when I saw it back in 2004. Here, the piano music pieces are really well done and there is a scene where music is playing and that is almost like a soundtrack to what is happening on screen. This must be one of the few Hindi movies where there are no traditional opening credits, it opens with a bang and the credits are at the end.I normally don't draw animals, but this is a sketch of a blind rabbit that is shown at the opening of the movie. It's more than just symbolic, as you'll find out at the end.It was drawn with a black Bic ballpoint pen and a red ballpoint pen, and scanned.#ballpointpen #ballpoint #pen #andhadhun#378 / 11-Oct-18
