The Suicide Squad (2021)Directed by James Gunn"Who knows why mad men do what they do."It's about a month to go, for James Gunn's "The Suicide Squad" to be released. Apart from the initial adult audience targeted Red Band trailer, there were a couple of other trailers released recently, which serve to build the excitement for the movie. I personally am really looking forward to it, this is an R-rated film and apparently, the studio didn't interfere in the making, which means this is an unadulterated James Gunn film. With his "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies for Marvel being really entertaining, it will be interesting to see how the "team up" approach would work when applied to the DC Universe.I really loved this one frame of @margotrobbie as Harley Quinn from the movie and wanted to draw it, so I did. This was done with 0.5mm 4B mechanical pencil on A5 notebook from @themedschoolstudent.store. Swipe to see a scanned version.Despite what anyone may say I really liked 2016's "Suicide Squad" though I actually expected that to be R-rated, and I really loved Harley from the movie (and I did a few drawings of her too). "Birds of Prey" was notable for nice action scenes too. This appears to be a sequel and a "soft reboot" as well.
